Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SlotNow (the "Service"), operated by SlotNow ("SlotNow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking through the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What SlotNow is

SlotNow is a platform that lets photographers and videographers ("Pros") offer services and lets artists, models, brands and others ("Clients") find, message and book them. SlotNow is not a party to the agreement between a Pro and a Client, does not provide photo or video services itself, and does not employ Pros. Each Pro is an independent business responsible for their own work, pricing, taxes, permits and conduct.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account. Don't impersonate anyone.

3. Bookings, payments and fees

• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. By paying or receiving payments you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Deposits, balances, cancellation terms and usage rights are set by the Pro and shown before you book. The agreement you sign at booking is between you and the Pro.
• Deposits marked non-refundable are not refunded by SlotNow. Refund disputes are between the Pro and Client; we may help, but are not obligated to.
• Pros pay any subscription fees shown on their plan, and SlotNow may keep a platform fee on payments where disclosed. Sponsorships are prepaid and non-refundable once they start.

4. Ratings, reviews and ranking

Clients may rate Pros they booked. Ratings must be honest and based on a real booking. Search results are ordered by each Pro's resume score as described on our "How ranking works" page; sponsored placement is limited and always labelled. We may remove reviews or content that break these Terms, but we don't edit a rating's value.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, videos, songs, messages). You give SlotNow a limited license to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the Service, including showing Pros' portfolio content publicly. Only upload content you have the rights to. Client music and files shared for a booking are visible only to the Pro involved.

6. Things you may not do

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or defraud other users.
• Post illegal, infringing, sexually explicit or misleading content, or fake reviews.
• Take bookings arranged on SlotNow off-platform to avoid fees, or misuse others' personal information.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or try to break the security of the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Obligations for bookings already made continue after an account closes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any Pro's services or any Client's conduct, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SlotNow won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes between Pros and Clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid SlotNow in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes will be handled in its courts unless the law requires otherwise.
